The White Handkerchief Diary Techo Cover is the first collaboration between Hobonichi Techo and tanakadaisuke, the collection brand led by embroidery artist and costume designer Daisuke Tanaka. Inspired by the brand’s White Handkerchief Handbag, this tri-fold cover combines lustrous black velvet with intricate hand-embroidered details.
The flap features a delicate lace handkerchief motif adorned with “snow bijou,” a bead-embroidered lace piece inspired by falling snow. Each bijou is carefully sewn by hand, while additional embroidery adds detail to the upper portion of the handkerchief design. A black satin ribbon bookmark complements the luxurious finish, and the cover closes securely with a snap button.
Inside, a pen hook holds your pen by its clip, keeping it easily accessible while maintaining the cover’s streamlined design. A dedicated drawstring bag printed with the tanakadaisuke logo is included to protect the delicate velvet and embroidery when storing or carrying the cover.
