Shipping policy
Domestic Shipping (U.S. Only)
We ship orders within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays). Once shipped, you'll receive an email with your tracking number.
Please note:

A signature may be required for orders valued at $500 or more.

USPS tracking may not update in real time, but if you've received a shipping notification, your order is on its way.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes, Alaska, or Hawaii at this time.
Shipping Methods & Rates
Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days. This excludes pre-order and out-of-stock items, which will ship separately once available.
Store Pickup (Pasadena, CA)
If you choose store pickup at checkout, your order will be ready within 2–4 business days, unless an item is out of stock.
You'll receive an email confirmation once your order is ready for pickup.
When picking up, please bring:

A valid photo ID matching the name on the order
If someone else will be picking up on your behalf, please email us at hello@temporarylocation.com with their full name before they arrive.

Orders must be picked up within 14 days of your ready-for-pickup email. Unclaimed orders may be canceled and refunded.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled or modified once submitted.
