We found our organic matcha in Kagoshima, a beautiful tea-growing region in southern Japan where volcanic soil and gentle rains give the leaves strength and vitality. The farmers there nurture the tea with patience and heart, so every sip feels like a little gift from nature. 

On a trip to Japan in 2023, we tasted matcha and iced tea so refreshing and bright that it made our hearts dance. No sugar, no extras, just a smooth texture with a delicate sweetness. 

Since then, organic matcha has become a part of our everyday life. A small bowl brings us focus, calm energy, and a gentle joy that lingers throughout the day. Like everything at Mt. Fo’rest, it is something we love sharing with our forest friends
