Hobonichi A5 Pencil Board - Akiko Miyakoshi: In the Air

The Hobonichi Pencil Board provides a smooth, comfortable writing surface while adding support to the page underneath. Designed to fit the A5-size Hobonichi Techo, it helps prevent your pen from sliding and reduces indentations from appearing on the opposite page.

This A5 pencil board features Akiko Miyakoshi’s “In the Air” design, inspired by her love of travel and the feeling of wanting to fly away somewhere. With Miyakoshi’s delicate brushwork and attention to light and shadow, the design captures a quiet sense of atmosphere and the excitement of imagining your next journey. The reverse side features a deep navy background that evokes the stillness of nighttime.

The pencil board also includes millimeter markings along one side for use as a metric ruler and a “Today” tab that can mark your current page or double as a bookmark.
