Kamogawa Kamo Gray is inspired by the soft gray tones of the duck’s body and the female duck found along the river. This gray ink has a subtle brown undertone, with hints of yellow, yellow-green, blue, and pink appearing and shifting depending on the paper and amount of ink used. These gentle color variations reflect the way a duck’s feathers subtly change with the seasons.

The ink contains no glitter, making it suitable for fountain pens while allowing its unique shading and color shifts to shine through different writing styles and papers.

The ink is packaged in a bagasse paper box made from sugarcane waste, an eco-friendly material that gives the packaging a soft, natural texture.
