These highlighters use FriXion Ink, a special gel ink that can be erased with the built-in eraser. Simply rub the eraser over your writing - the friction generates a tiny amount of heat, which makes the ink disappear cleanly, letting you rewrite without mess. Unlike pencils or mechanical pencils, FriXion Light leaves very few erasing marks, keeping your notes and documents neat and tidy. Note: Do not place in direct sunlight or in places with high temperatures. When the temperature rises above 60°C (140°F), the ink may become colorless. Erased designs may reappear when the temperature drops to around -10°C (14°F).
